Several years ago, I bought two homes in Grande Prairie. Jim and Bonnie Lund were my realtors. In each case, the house hunting and viewing was seamless. And the sales went through without a hitch. They recommended a local lawyer who saw to my closing needs for the sales. Bonnie was instrumental in finding me another home, where a basement suite was a possibility. She took into account my check-list for the house I wanted to purchase. And nailed it perfectly, seeing the tremendous possibility that was there. The house checked off everything and more I was hoping for. In short she listened and understood what my needs were. More recently, last year, Bonnie found a buyer for one of the homes I wished to sell. A few hiccups, but not from Bonnie. She is more than capable of smoothing out the unforeseen problems, and the sale closed successfully. This year, Bonnie helped me sell another house. Bonnie kept a close eye on the house, maintenance and cleaning. We had some move-out damage from the occupants, just a few days before possession. Since I mostly live out of province, Bonnie took care of finding a contractor to repair and paint the damage, and also booked the carpet cleaners the day before possession. I most highly recommend her to anyone wanting personalized attention to detail and professional quality of service. She is honest, observant, has the highest level of integrity - and she listens to you.
